Ingela Nicklas

Ingela Nicklas is Swedish holistic professional, she has lived abroad most of her life, in many different places and cultures for example in USA, Italy, Ireland, Spain, Norway, Finland etc.

She has worked for many multinational corporations and in healthcare. After a life changing event, losing two children within a week, she decided to walk her own path, follow her own passion and not follow the normal stream.

Ingela has studied a lot about health, body and mind, then decided to follow the teaching of energies and healing and is now a Reiki Master for the last 18 years. Ingela is a Certified Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, Silent Breathwork, Crisis counselor and an Animal Communicator. Ingela teaches Reiki & energy healing, she is the creator of The Power of Silent Healing, a gentle silent way of energy healing approach that suites everyone, animals and humans.

At this moment Ingela is a speaker and teaches The Power of Silent Healing and also Animal Communication together with Maiccu Kostiainen. Ingelas touching life story and strength has helped inspire people all around the world.

Year 2017 Ingela and Maiccu Kostiainen were added to Rythmia family in Costa Rica (www.rythmia.com) as one of their loved teachers.

BREATHWORK

Breathwork is a dynamic body-mind practice using conscious connected breathing techniques for inner peace, enhanced health, wellbeing and personal transformation.

When used in specific ways, breathing allows us to release and resolve emotions, belief systems, stresses and memories which are often inaccessible through the more conventional talking therapies.

Most breathwork techniques used what we call “conscious connected breathing”. Connecting the inhale with the exhale consciously and continuously quickly connects us to our core, to each other, to nature and to our wider existence. Conscious Breathing opens a channel to the deeper realities of life, providing the groundwork for personal development and reaching higher states of consciousness.

HEALING

Reiki is a spiritual, vibrational healing practice used to promote balance throughout the human system. Reiki does not involve physical manipulation or the ingestion or application of any substances, but works with the subtle vibrational field thought to surround and penetrate the body.

Reiki means “Universal Life Energy”, and is a made up of two Japanese characters “Rei” and “ki”. “Rei” means both universal, in the sense of everywhere, and also spiritual wisdom, and “ki” means the same as prana or chi, i.e. the vital life force within every living thing. It can be said to be “spiritually guided life force energy”. It creates and sustains everything in existence and can be used to transform and re-create. All healers use chi or energy from the universal energy field, Reiki is but one way of accessing this energy directly.

If used with other natural therapies (meditation, Breathwork, crystals, aroma therapy, homeopathy, etc.) Reiki healing will reinforce their effect.

Spiritual healing and commitment to self-development are the same. This process of healing is one of discovering or creating a path that realizes, or brings to fruition, the spiritual qualities of each individual. Spiritual healing may not always rid a person of the physical symptoms of inner disorder, but it will support the journey towards ‘wholeness’ appropriate to the need of the individual.

Studies have also shown that drumming lowers both blood pressure and stress hormones. Drumming is also meditative, inducing relaxed mental states that reduce anxiety and tension.

    Why do they call it a Swedish massage?

    In the early 19th century he developed a system called “Medical Gymnastics” which included movements performed by a therapist. These became the known as “Swedish movements” in Europe and “the Swedish Movement Cure” when they came to the U.S. in 1858. Today it is simply known as Swedish massage

    MASSAGE

    Swedish massage is the best-known type of bodywork performed today. One of the primary goals of the Swedish massage technique is to relax the entire body. This is accomplished by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. But Swedish massage therapy goes beyond relaxation.

    Deep tissue massage therapy is similar to Swedish massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints).

    Sports massage is treatment given with the understanding not only of anatomy and physiology but also of the particular demands placed upon the body by the client and their specific sport. The pressure is adjusted to manipulate the deeper tissue layers in the body. This is a job for a specially trained sports massage therapist. A sport massage is the manipulation of the soft tissue (muscle) in order to prevent or improve sports injuries Sports massages can include more aggressive techniques that approach muscles more deeply.
